A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Zion and Liberty Bank

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Strategic Partnership signed between the development company Zion and Liberty Bank, the implementation of one of the most outstanding projects begins, which envisages the construction of a Class A business center of international standards in the historical part of Tbilisi, on Melikishvili Avenue.

The total investment volume of the project is 8.5 million US dollars, of which the bank will invest 6 million dollars. Through this cooperation, the two companies will contribute to the urban development of the capital and the creation of premium spaces for business.

The international standard business center will be located on one of the central avenues of the capital, at Melikishvili 41. The concept of the 8-story building belongs to the architectural studio Dephani.

The project's distinctive advantage is its innovative facade - for the first time in the Georgian construction sector, Zion will use ultra-modern transparent concrete panels, which will give the facility a special aesthetic and light forms. The construction process of the business center has already begun and is scheduled for completion by 2029.

The project is located on Tbilisi's historic avenue, which has acquired significant commercial significance over the years. The Zion Business Center will occupy a leading position in this dynamic environment. With modern infrastructure and high standards, the center will become the most sought-after business hub on Melikishvili, for international and local companies.
