What does the ZION Krtsanisi Embassies' 5-year dendrological project involve?

In today’s fast-paced world, one of the greatest challenges is maintaining a meaningful connection to nature. For many, the presence of clean air and a healthy environment is not just a preference, but a vital factor when choosing a home.
We recognised this need early on and made it a defining element of the project’s identity.
Krtsanisi is a truly unique location — a valley through which fresh air naturally flows into the city. Its distinct microclimate and panoramic views have long set it apart as one of Tbilisi’s most desirable areas.
From the project’s inception, we partnered with one of Georgia’s leading landscape architects, who conducted an in-depth study of Krtsanisi’s natural conditions. The result is a carefully developed 5-year dendrological plan: a long-term vision that includes the planting of up to 300 rare and collectable trees of diverse species, all chosen to complement the local ecosystem and bring residents closer to nature.
Notably, to preserve the local ecosystem, 74 existing trees and plants were carefully protected and retained on-site during the planning phase of the complex.
This long-term landscape strategy features:
